Managing the redevelopment of the College website as part of a major digital transformation project, including consulting stakeholder groups on functionality, user experience design and content requirements. Owner of College website, including content management, troubleshooting and stakeholder realtionship management. Oversee College Social Media channels, with a direct report who is responsible for content creation, photoshoots and video production. Act as a conduit between IT department and Marketing/Admissions. Marketing team representative in the College Leadership Group.

Digital Communications Manager

Monash University Contract | Mar 2017 – May 2017

This contract role was with a major Research Centre at the University, and comprised: website design and intranet maintenance, web content management (Squiz Matrix CMS), social media management, stakeholder relations within the Research Centre (academics and general staff, along with broader groups across the University), email marketing, graphic design for research papers and web/social, event planning and promotion assistance for a major conference, and internal communications (developed and implemented a weekly internal newsletter to improve communication).

Member of International Marketing Services team – provided marketing and digital communications expertise to the Australian business by implementing strategic digital marketing plans.
